In daily clinical practice, a psychologist is constantly challenged to design an effective intervention that fits his client’s needs. However, in academic curriculum this reality of clinical practice is frequently absent which creates the need for specific training in specific disorders. This training, designed by Nuno Mendes Duarte, is based on a global understanding of obsessive functioning and addresses guidelines for assessment, conceptualization and intervention with people suffering from OCD.
